 FAQ — YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

  • We are based in Boise, Idaho & travel within a 30-mile radius for free. Anything beyond will require a travel fee.

  • Please visit our inquiry page and fill out our form.

  • Yes! For the safety of you and your guests, an attendant will be present with the photo booth. And to diagnose any technical issues that might occur.

  • Yes! You will receive an online gallery of all digital images within 7 days after the event.

  • Guests can instantly print, text + email their photos to share on their social media.

  • We arrive a minimum of 1 hour prior to your photo booth start time.

    FOR EXAMPLE:

    Arrival time: 5:00pm

    Start time: 6:00pm

    End time: 9:00pm

    *Setup & breakdown is included in every photo booth package and does not cut into your rental time.

  • Yes, The Oaka Booth is up for any type of party! We are available for weddings, birthdays, graduation parties, family reunions and more!

  • All of our payments are split into two:

    A non-refundable retainer of $250 is due upon booking + signing the proposal (this payment secures your date + goes towards your total amount due)

    The remaining final balance is due 1 week prior to your event date.

  • Yes, we are fully licensed + insured so you can enjoy your time worry free!

  • One standard 120V outlet is required to function & run the photo booth equipment and be within 60 ft of the outlet.

    *This outlet should not be occupied by any other equipment or vendors.

  • The Oaka Booth has a free-standing A/C unit inside that will run during the summer months.
